Sándor Bodó, State Secretary of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Hungary in the field of employment, informed that about 1,200 enterprises have applied for an increase in the salaries of researchers and developers for a total amount of almost HUF 13 billion (approx. EUR 35.3 million).

State support is provided to highly qualified specialists working in the R&D sector.

Within the framework of the program, which is also unique in terms of international practice, companies can receive funds to support, in particular, engineers, researchers, IT professionals, contributing to the restart of the economy in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.
